This horizontal wrapping system is designed to wrap long steel products with a film. The long products are placed on the roller conveyor, where the long products are positioned against the stop rollers on the sides so that they lie straight.
After this, the system can be activated with a start button. Once the roller conveyor on the output side of the wrapper is free of products, the system is activated and the product passes through the roller conveyor.
The system becomes active and the product is fed through the wrapper and wrapped with film. When wrapping is complete, the right-angle transfer devices become active and the product is transported to the buffer chain conveyors. Where it is gradually transported to the end of the buffer chain conveyors. From this position, the bundles are ready for transport.
